Learn about Michail the Brave, a true hero who fought against turks and Europe alone, He fought for a county named Romania, a country that Europe didnt wanted on the map. Vlad Tepes was one of the most epic heroes of romanian history. I respect any country who belive in Real Romania. Proud to be Romanian.

@dahmani2 it would be really weird to have a giant monkey. with the climate here not even normal sized monkeys live. but we have other creepy stuff - read “Alexandru Lapusneanu” for example…
@dragrach “Wallachian” is a term used in early medieval documents to name the population living in this area (between the Carpatians and the Danube, I mean). Since Romania wasn’t unified until a century ago, back then rarely it was used the name of “Romanians”, so they just called us Wallachians, “Ghiauri” sometimes, it dependes on the historical document. To sum up, it’s mostly the same thing…
is it true that vlad had a brother who got killed by the turks by sticking hot pokers in his eyes before buring him alive? my friend said that but i cant trust everything he saids…

@arinin There is many storys from ther. Vampires, Werewolfs, giant monkey(Maybe i dont remember if it was there) in a swamp, dinosaur(Also maybe) and much more. I am swiss and swede and like nothing happends in Sweden.

@moodoffff, Please don’t judge all Americans the same. Know that we are a nation with many religions, and cultures. To say we put everyone around us down isn’t true, but there are some americans to need to realize that our nation wouldn’t be where it is without all the different cultures that exist in with it.

@moodoffff Hold up. Is this as far as the information you have on what Americans ea?. Please don’t lump every American into that stereotype that we only eat McDonalds. We eat all variety of cuisine. I particularly hate McDonalds food. That would be like if I said Italians only eat pasta.

This documentary is pretty good,with few mistakes here and there.

ok now that i’ve watched it…um….i gotta say Vlad Tepes wasn’t the prince of Romania. He was the prince of Transilvania. Romania didn’t even exist at that time lol.
Romania has a rich history indeed and some extremely cool facts. But honestly Dracula is just a mith ^^. I’m Romanian and I’m addicted to vampires so you can imagine I was to the Dracula castle (The Bran Castle). And I was extremely desappointed. 1) there are no vampires. 2) the castle is pretty…um…lame made….the rooms are all about 1.80m tall and very small. i am lucky to be 1.60m tall to not hit my head lol. it doesn’t have a few big rooms. just a whole bunch of small rooms.
